All Customer Rebate Programs amount will be paid to the selling dealership, unless otherwise noted by the customer, on eligible vehicle retailed from unit one during the program period. Any Customer Rebate Program amount must be properly disclosed and shown on the Buyer's order and or financing contract. In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any rule or phase of the Sales Incentive Program, the decision of MMNA shall be final. Where state law conflict with and supersedes Sales Incentives Program rules and requirements, MMNA will follow state law. The Customer Rebate may not be combined with vehicles using Special APR Financing or Special Lease Program.
